Companies – Listed and Private

• Yellow Pages Group of Companies, Director
  Owned primarily by overseas hedge funds. Significant industry change with the move from print to digital.
  Chair Audit and Finance Committee.
• Urwin & Co Limited, Chairperson 
  Privately owned family fishing business. Based in Bluff and specialises in fresh wild catch for domestic and export markets. Fishing assets were sold in 2019.
• Ravensdown Fertiliser Cooperative Limited, Independent Director
  Farmer owned cooperative with revenue of approximately $800 million and equity $350 million.
  Significant exposure to the Australia market and exit from the market.
  Significant treasury management.
  Head office relocation following the 2011 Christchurch earthquake
  Chair Audit Committee.
• Sanford Limited, Director
  NZX listed with market capitalization over $400 million and turnover approximately $500 million.
  Aquaculture and wild catch fishing business with holdings of significant New Zealand quota and licenses.
  International markets in primarily commodity products.
  Chair Audit and Finance Committee.
• Life Pharmacy Limited, Chairperson
  NZX listed company with initial market capitalization of $30 million.
  Complex ownership structure and capital raising due to the pharmacy regulation.
  Significant involvement with potential acquisitions and franchisee relationships which resulted in capital raising, new franchisees, merger with Pharmacy Brands .and subsequent acquisition of Radius Pharmacy.
  Development and implementation of the successful Living Rewards Card.
• Meritec Limited( formally Worley ), Chairperson
  Employee owned engineering consultancy business with domestic and international business with 500 staff.
  Sold to AECOM Technologies, US based Delaware.
  Chair Audit and Finance Committee (prior to Chair role)
  Chair Remuneration Committee.
• Air New Zealand, Independent Director
  NZX listed company with major shareholders being Singapore Airlines and Brierley Investments.
  Substantial focus on the Australian including the capital raising to fund Ansett acquisition and the exit of Ansett. The ownership then changed with the New Zealand Government becoming the major shareholder.

• Trust Bank New Zealand Limited, Director
  NZX listed company with revenue of $430 million and equity of $500 million.
  Involved in the listing of Trust Bank and then subsequent sale to Westpac Banking Corporation
